Friendly staff, clean room, delicious breakfast, beautiful beach, peaceful location.

During my recent stay at the Sol By Melia hotel in Tanjung Benoa, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the comfortable rooms. The all-inclusive package offered a wide variety of delicious food options, and the staff were attentive to all of my needs. The hotel's location near beautiful beaches made for a picturesque and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the breathtaking waterfalls and a quick boat ride to the stunning Gili islands. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel had great facilities, including a pool and a juice bar. We loved spending time on the good beach, enjoying the sun and the clear blue water.

The evening entertainment was a bit lacking and could have been better.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel by the beach with a pool, and it was such a nice experience. The room size was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was massive and nicely designed. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the beach, and there were also beautiful and well-maintained gardens surrounding the pool. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The restaurants at the hotel were also excellent, offering a variety of delicious food. it was a truly nice hotel experience.

Great location close to the beach, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The hotel room was not clean, and we found some bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioning was not working properly either, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful and luxurious. The exclusive amenities provided at the spa & wellness centre were top-notch; we received one of the best full body massages ever. The beauty treatments and body wraps were executed with expert precision. We enjoyed the private facilities like the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers in the garden area, right next to the beach access. The restaurant was perfect for dinner and the poolside snack bar was always open when we needed a quick snack. The Buffet breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of special diet menus. The location advantages were plenty with the shallow end of the outdoor swimming pool, and the leisure/ TV room for entertainment, which was great when we wanted to unwind after a busy day exploring the town.

Although our stay was exceptional, we felt the service needed a little improvement in the evening entertainment area. There were no live entertainments, karaoke or events during our stay, which was a little disappointing.

Kind staff, delicious breakfast buffet, spacious and comfortable room, enjoyable dinner at the restaurant, entertaining evening events. Lovely beach with amenities, amazing pool, beautiful garden setting. Cozy, all-inclusive hotel with friendly wait staff. Perfect for budget-conscious travelers.
