We had an amazing stay at this green and serene property. The beautiful wooden huts and the walkway by the koi pond were simply stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in planning our activities in Ubud. The rooms were spacious with large beds and a small porch outside. Sleeping with the wildlife was a unique experience and we had some of the best night's sleep. The hotel also provided scooters for rent, making it easy for us to explore Ubud.

The limited breakfast choice, but overall, we had an amazing stay and felt really good about our experience.

Spent Christmas in this resort with some friends and despite the flaws, we had a good time. the food was really good, we loved the vegetarian options, and the staff was very friendly. the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. One thing we appreciated was that there were two pools, one for the families and children, and another for the adults who wanted to relax in peace. Another thing we enjoyed was the spa service which was included in the package. the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the beach and near a few bars and restaurants.

The cleaning service was subpar, we had to constantly ask for more towels and toilet paper. the bathrooms had a weird smell, and there were a few stains on the carpet that could have been easily removed.

During my stay at Suarti Boutique Village, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of my room. The bed was large and very comfortable, providing much-needed rest after a long flight. The hotel's beautiful gardens and grounds added to the overall tranquil atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that my needs were met. The location was convenient, with Ubud's restaurants and shops just a short walk or shuttle ride away. I had a wonderful stay at Suarti Boutique Village and would highly recommend it to others.

There were some maintenance issues, particularly with the lighting in the rooms and near the swimming pool, which need improvement.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the center of town and close to convenient stores and wonderful cafes. The Balinese villa design was beautiful and offered great privacy. The room was always spotlessly clean, and the staff would clean it as soon as we left. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to downtown this venue. The restaurant served delicious food, and we were impressed with the range of amenities provided in the room, like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
