I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say I was very impressed. The location of this place is fantastic, right on the beach and just outside the busy "party" district of Kuta. It's the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offers excellent hospitality, with staff who were accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. They even surprised us with a delicious anniversary cake in our room. the service here was top-notch.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, staff, and breakfast were all top-notch.

I really enjoyed the view from my room, it was amazing! the location was perfect because it was close to many restaurants and shops.

It wasn't clean and the massage wasn't good. the breakfast was not delicious, there were limited options and the food didn't look fresh.

The location of Sun Island Hotel is absolutely fantastic. Everything you need is just a step outside the hotel, from money exchange to local stores and even massages. It's also conveniently close to Discovery mall, Waterbom Park, and the beach. The airport pick-up service provided by the hotel was friendly and efficient. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The in-house money changer had competitive rates and ensured privacy during transactions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast at Pavoz Restaurant & Bar was delicious, with a wide variety of Western and Indonesian options. Despite a minor issue with the door, the overall experience was pleasant.
