Exploring nearby landmarks like Klub Jimbaran and Kids Kingdom added to our family bonding experience, offering unique opportunities for fun outings. the room experience fell short, lacking in spaciousness and amenities.

Just stayed in Bali, the breakfast was affordable at 75k. LOVED the spa & wellness center the most. the room was dingy, not as advertised. the staff needs to improve. Probably wouldn't stay here again. 🌴.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a Christmas getaway as it is situated near all the main attractions. the breakfast they offer is amazing with a wide variety of food to choose from. Another great feature that the hotel offers is the rooftop pool with a breathtaking view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The customer service was not up to par. the staff seemed distant and unenthusiastic not making us feel welcomed.
