The staff at Swan Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing us with an extra bed and a larger room. They also provided toiletries and wifi, which were much appreciated. The location of the inn was superb, located in the center of Ubud with shops, restaurants, and the monkey temple all within walking distance.

I recently stayed at Swan Inn for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. The chalet-style rooms were beautiful and the large front porch made me feel like I was living in a temple. The hotel had a lovely pool and despite being able to accommodate many guests, it still felt relaxed and quiet. The location was excellent, just off Monkey Forest Street but in a quiet area. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The only improvement that could be made was the breakfast, which wasn't very appetizing. It consisted of just one egg omelette and dry white bread toast.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and with easy access to transportation. the friendly staff was always ready to help us with recommendations for the best local restaurants and organized our daily activities perfectly. the room was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities.

The reservation process was not well-organized, and we had to stay one night in a different place. We encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi, and the staff wasn't able to offer a solution.
