I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice residential area and just a quick grab taxi ride away from the Pundok Indah mall. The staff provided warm and friendly service, always greeting me with a smile. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a spa and wellness center, a swimming pool, and even a leisure TV room. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The hotel offered nice amenities such as a pool area surrounded by dining tables, and good food options nearby. the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to everything needed for a city trip.

Maintenance inside the rooms left much to be desired, with some issues such as open windows in bathrooms and faulty electrical covers. the housekeeping could also be more thorough in restocking items like tea and soap.
