The staff were mind-blowingly amazing, providing excellent service and support during a recent flight problem. The Mezzanine Room was super for my family, with 2 beds and great amenities. The location, although away from other resorts, was wonderful once we figured out how to navigate Nusa Dua. The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool, game room, playground, children's pool, and kids club. The food and cocktails at the restaurant were jaw-droppingly delicious. The free shuttle buses to the beach and shopping center were a fantastic perk. I had a truly excellent stay with every aspect exceeding my expectations.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. The location is nice, just a minutes' walk from the beach. The hotel offers a variety of amenities such as room service, car hire, and a spa & wellness center. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun and relaxing in the jacuzzi. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to all.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic, just minutes away from the beach. The staff treated me with utmost friendliness and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could have been better.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, away from the busy party scene of Bali, but still conveniently close to the airport. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the variety of fresh juices offered.

There were a few issues that affected our experience. Our check-in process was a bit slow and our room took longer than expected to be ready.

Couldn't stay longer.

I recently spent my New Year's at a hotel in Nusa Dua and I had a great experience. First of all, the location was perfect. The hotel was situated in a key location, close to the beach and also to the popular Bali Collection shopping center. This made it really convenient for us to explore new places and try out different restaurants in the area.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like about the hotel. I found it quite secluded and lacking in nearby amenities.

I was in Nusa Dua for a conference and chose to stay at Swiss-Belhotel. The price was affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view of the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was huge and there were two of them! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. And I can't forget to mention the excellent food options available for everyone. I had a satisfying and enjoyable stay at Swiss-Belhotel.

Would recommend this hotel.

The pool at Swiss-Belhotel was absolutely stunning, I couldn't resist taking a dip every day. The staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also had a great massage at the in-house spa, it was so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good size breakfast buffet, spacious room, nice and clean pools, fantastic pool access, fast check-in, great staff.

The hotel location was convenient, with a shuttle service to the beach and Bali Collection. The breakfast had a variety of options, including a waffle station, and the in-house spa offered an amazing hot-stone massage.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenience of the room with direct access to the pool. It was a great treat and made our trip even more enjoyable!

Everything is what i need and want.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to many attractions and amenities. Being able to easily access the pool from my room was incredibly convenient and added a touch of luxury to my experience.

In terms of feedback, I would suggest that the external areas of the hotel could benefit from a thorough clean. There were some stains and debris present, possibly from spills or food remnants.

The pool was stunning and immaculate, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff at the hotel were lovely and always went above and beyond to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. I also enjoyed the range of services offered at the spa, especially the massages.

There were some maintenance issues that affected my stay. The hotel could use some updating and renovations, especially in the bathrooms.
