I recently stayed at Swiss-Belhotel in Sorong for a short trip. The staff were welcoming and really willing to help sort out any issues. The compact rooms had everything I needed and were very comfortable. The pool area was pleasant, although not as big as it appeared in the photos. The hotel's location was great, close to the airport and the ferry to Raja Ampat. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

swiss-belhotel sorong exceeded my expectations with their excellent service, offering us a discount and free dinner when the pool was under maintenance. the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

We loved staying at this place. The location is perfect as it is located in a street that is not too busy and there are yellow bus routes which make getting around very convenient. The service here is amazing, with room service available 24/7 and friendly bell staff/porter always there to assist us. The room was very comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities like ironing facilities, mini-bar, in-room safe, and an electric kettle.

We recommend this venue to all.

Staff was clueless and the restaurant service was particularly slow and overpriced.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in between my flight landing and taking the ferry for my liveaboard in Waisai. the place was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was tasty. I also took advantage of their massage services, which were excellent after a long day of travel. the rooms were comfortable, with a nice shower and blackout curtains to block out the early morning sun. it exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again if I returned to the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the harbor. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The hotel's location was convenient as it served as a pit stop for our trip to Raja Ampat. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the Kitong Papua Resto which was easily accessible and served delicious fresh food.

Although the hotel was clean and well-maintained, we had to ask for towels, which was not very attractive. Additionally, the room size was smaller than expected based on the photos.
