The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel has a beautiful garden with two pools, including a stunning infinity pool that overlooks the Ubud forest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast, especially the banana pancakes, was delicious. I also enjoyed some meals from the hotel's restaurant, which were equally tasty. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
