The check-out process can be time-consuming, as the staff checks the room before guests leave. It would be more convenient if this process could be expedited to save time for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was close to some great eateries and had easy access to the center of the city. We really enjoyed exploring the entertainment venues nearby. The staff here were exceptional and provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a fantastic swimming pool and spa & wellness center, which added to our overall comfort and relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were also convenient features.

My stay at The Alana was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool was a great place to relax. The spacious bathroom was a treat, and the room service was fast and efficient. The price was definitely worth it. I can't wait to come back and experience it all over again!

The hotel had a great location and was perfect for a city break. the pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable amenities and added to the overall positive experience. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious.

The hotel appeared to not be prepared for a high volume of guests and some basic amenities were not available in the rooms, such as tissues and water refills. Room service had to be called multiple times and service quality was inconsistent.
