I recently stayed at The City Hotel in Ambon for a week-long vacation. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night when live music accompanied our dinner. The hotel staff were attentive and fulfilled my request for a double bed by combining two single beds. The lobby and bathroom had a beautifully designed ambiance that I loved. I appreciated the quick check-in process for my early arrival, allowing me to rest after a long 14-hour flight. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby ATMs, local restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The restaurant on the seventh floor provided a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy breakfast and the city lights during dinner. The hotel also had a parking area in the basement and a souvenir shop in the lobby offering high-quality shirts.

I had an excellent stay at a hotel in Ambon. Extensive breakfast buffet, delicious food at the restaurant, great AC and Wi-Fi, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location. Highly recommend!

The rooftop terrace was amazing with delicious food and a wide selection of beverages. The hotel also provided convenient airport and harbor transfers at great rates. The bed was very comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers good value for money with a great location. The upper floor restaurant and bar have a fantastic ambience and nice views. The room amenities and Wi-Fi worked well. The cleanliness is excellent and the breakfast, included in the price, is impressive.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had all the modern features I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hotel's wifi signal was strong, which was great for staying connected. Additionally, the staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help me. The hotel's breakfast was superb and I enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop terrace. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was really close to places of attraction in this city.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms on the second floor are clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that it is a non-smoking floor. The breakfast selection is varied and satisfying.

It would be great to have real butter and jam for a more authentic taste. the hotel's rooftop cafe was a highlight for me, offering a pleasant atmosphere to relax and enjoy a meal or drink. My room was located on the sixth floor, directly below the restaurant and bar area, resulting in a lot of noise. If you prefer a quieter stay, I would recommend avoiding the sixth floor.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. the room itself was clean and relatively modern, with a comfortable bed. the rooftop bar and restaurant was definitely the best aspect of the hotel – the food was well priced and delicious. the atmosphere was fantastic, with live music and beautiful views of the city.

The hotel did not have proper windows that insulated against the noise outside. the hotel is situated next to nightclubs and karaoke bars, which meant that I had an incredibly difficult time sleeping.

I also appreciated the effort the staff made to provide vegetarian options for me. The highlight was the owner helping me arrange a boat trip for snorkeling. Great value and a very enjoyable stay.
