We stayed at this place for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was fantastic and the pool was small but wonderful. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was also very convenient, close to the main shopping belt and a sports bar that played music until the early hours. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Huge rooms and bathrooms, always kept clean. Helpful staff, though some have limited English. Great value for money. Close to the beach, beach bars, and town. Delicious breakfast and fresh juices. Amazing spa treatments.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops which made it easy to explore the city. the staff were really welcoming and helpful, always willing to assist and give recommendations. the on-site spa was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.

The hotel seemed to be quite old and in need of some updates. the rooms were a bit run down and the lighting was quite dark.

Excellent location near beach, food, shopping, and activities. Spacious and private 3-bedroom villa. Soundproof villa for peace and quiet. Clean spa with skilled therapists. Must-try signature massage and coconut oatmeal scrub. Excellent WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Dewi. Delicious cooked-to-order breakfast and water dispenser in the villa.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The main pool was picturesque and the private plunge pool in my villa was a great addition for some extra relaxation. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach and popular spots like Potato Head. The spa and bike rental services were top-notch and offered great value for money. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. I had a wonderful experience and felt that I got excellent value for my money.

I did occasionally experience some issues with the service, but the staff was quick to resolve any problems and ensure my comfort. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, without a doubt.
