The rest of the staff, including Dewa, Samsul, and the spa team, were amazing as well. The GM, Branden, personally apologized for an incident that wasn't the hotel's fault. The private transfer from the other resort was convenient and the pick, up was on time. the manager and our personal butler were welcoming upon our arrival. the villa we were initially assigned had a lovely view overlooking the sky pool and bar. the spa and massage treatment area was wonderful, and the food was great. the in, villa dining experience was fantastic. the butlers went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. the use of the ten, pin bowling alley at the resort was a fun activity for my daughter.

The layout of the villa did not work well for us with a young child, but the hotel manager quickly transferred us to another available villa without any issues.
