My recent stay at Gaia Hotel in Lembang was a pleasant experience. The pool was exceptional, with warm water and a stunning infinity view of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the complimentary beverages and local snacks provided. The location was convenient, with several good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel, with limited choices.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfill luxurious needs. the swimming pool and jacuzzi are refreshing and spacious with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the private facilities in the rooms are impressive. the restaurant serves variety of delicious local food and it has a beautiful picnic area.

The live entertainment and karaoke are not available that make leisure activities limited. the hotel is not soundproof, and noise can be heard from outside the room.

The warm water pool was exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the mountain views and the forest vibe from the balcony. the location was also convenient with good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was poor and not up to a 5-star standard. the gym was not yet ready and some menu items like sushi and dim sum were not up to par.
