The staff are extremely friendly and provide great service. The spa offers incredible massages. The main pool is nice, although the water can be a bit dusty. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a cool design. The bathrooms are also lovely.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, making it less accessible for dining out.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort! the staff at the Garcia Ubud Hotel & Resort were incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to our requests. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and we even tried out different meals during our three-night stay. the room was so relaxing and peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Amazing food at the restaurant with delicious cocktails. Attentive, friendly, and professional staff. Great features in the villas like wireless charging speakers and good TV channels. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in a quiet area surrounded by rice-fields. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing showers and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and attentive, catering to our every need. The breakfast had a delicious selection of options, and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant. The hotel also had a spa with incredible Balinese massages. Additionally, the property had a serene atmosphere, perfect for a little getaway.

That the shuttle service to the nearby town was infrequent, so we had to rely on taxis or rent a moped to get around.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! Enjoyed the couple massage and bonfire, the treatments were expensive but worth it. Key location, secluded but perfect for relaxing away from everything. Direct pool access was the best aspect, perfect for late night dips. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even catering to my pregnancy dietary requirements with 10/10 dishes.

Sadly, the downside was the bathroom with a strong urine odour, sink was blocked and bed sheets had stains. General cleanliness was also poor and looked like the hotel was past its prime.

I had an amazing stay at a special place in Bali. The location was ideal, away from the busy town center but still accessible. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was very useful. The one bedroom villa I stayed in had unforgettable views of the rice terraces from the private pool. The breakfast selection was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

the spa and wellness center provides top-notch service with a variety of massages and treatments that left me feeling relaxed. the swimming pool area was a serene and quiet place to lounge between activities. the garden area was impeccably kept and provided a calming atmosphere to enjoy.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was impeccable, the prices were high in comparison to local establishments.
