I got great value for my money at The Grand Bali. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a comfortable feel. The location was convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions.

Good value! The spa was amazing, the pool and beach club were lovely. The hotel should consider renovating, but hey, it's not like I was bothered or anything.

When we requested ground floor rooms for accessibility, they upgraded us to a villa and even built wooden ramps for our wheelchair. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The swimming pools are amazing, perfect for a relaxing dip. The private beach is just a short shuttle ride away and offers beautiful white sandy beaches.

The hotel offered various tours and had many restaurants and shops nearby. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services at a great value for money.
