The hotel's location was great, with easy access to transportation and a nearby mall. the room was spacious and the housekeeping was good. the breakfast was delicious and included many options. Another plus was the complementary wine and chocolate that were provided in the room on New Year's Eve.

The towels in the room had a mildew smell, and the room service was slow and unresponsive to cleaning dirty dishes. the hotel had some good aspects, but there were also areas for improvement.
