We felt like royalty during our stay at The Haven Bali. The staff surprised us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our 30 years of friendship. They even upgraded our room to a suite, which was fantastic. Miss Febby went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The spa section was great, and we enjoyed the amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

The bed at The Haven Bali was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a special mention to the pork bacon. The private villas were spacious, luxurious, and offered a high level of privacy. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel drivers, especially Mardi, were fantastic and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The Haven Bali Seminyak offers a great location, friendly staff, and a wonderful spa. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the Lemon Cello restaurant served delicious breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the facilities and amenities at the spa, which we visited multiple times during our stay.

Good breakfast selection and quality, with freshly cooked items. Room design and cleanliness were impressive. Excellent dinner buffets with a variety of cuisine and very reasonable prices. Three clean and well-maintained swimming pools. Great location with easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I loved the immaculate rooms, comfortable beds and the amazing breakfast options at Haven Bali. The pools were perfect for both families and friends to relax; however, don't forget your earplugs, as the in-house band plays until 10 pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location for exploring the area - close to shopping and within walking distance of a beautiful beach. The staff here are amazing - always on shift and ready to help with anything I needed, and their service had a personal touch that made me feel really at home. The amenities were top-notch, with comfortable and spacious rooms that included everything I could need - from a fully functional kitchenette to garden furniture. The outdoor areas were beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely swimming pool and sun loungers to relax on. The restaurant and bar had an excellent selection of food and drink, and the leisure spa & wellness centre was a real highlight - offering a range of treatments and facilities that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Almost perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to Double Six Beach and explore the surrounding restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The service was top-notch and the front of house and guest relations team were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the pool area, which was great for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The restaurant staff were attentive and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

The only slight downside was that the hotel only provided one water bottle per person, whereas other hotels in Bali typically provide two. However, this was a minor issue and didn't significantly impact my stay.

The hotel is ideally located, close to many stores and within walking distance of good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with all necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxation.

The communication with the reception staff was not up to par and led to inconveniences during check-out.

Our stay at The Haven Bali was truly memorable. The value for money was excellent, with spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, souvenir shops, and bars. The staff, especially Sugi and Nova, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

The only thing that could have been improved is the menu for breakfast.

During my new year stay, I appreciated the complementary drink and fruit platter offered upon arrival and the daily bottled water supply in the room. The location was ideal, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The beach was also close by and had great surfing waves.

The bathroom had mold and ants, and the bed had stains on it. The noise level was also unbearable, with constant traffic and loud music late into the night.
