The swimming pool is refreshing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The property is huge with golf buggies. The view of Salak Mountain is astonishing. Polite and friendly staff. Delighted with the birthday cake. Responsive and courteous staff. Convenient drop-off and pick-up service.

Had a lovely time at this resort, surrounded by beautiful views and lots of family-friendly activities. Really enjoyed the spacious camp-style accommodation, which could easily fit a large family. the entertainment zone was a fun and free way to spend the day, with options like swimming, table tennis, and billiards. the location of the resort at 800 meters above sea level was a refreshing change and offered a cool respite from the hot city weather.

While the concept of the resort was great, the service was a bit disappointing. the check-in and check-out process was slow and the staff seemed unorganized.

We had a great time with our family at Highland Park Resort. The unique concept and nice location made our stay memorable. The fresh air and beautiful view added to the charm of the resort. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the number of activities kept us entertained.

One drawback was the inconvenience of waiting for a car to transport us around the area. It would have been better if the walkways were sheltered, especially in the rain.

We also loved the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant. it was a memorable experience.

The service at the front desk could be improved with faster response time.
