As a budget traveler, I really enjoyed the excellent pool area and stunning views at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel. The staff at the pool were amazing, making our last 3 nights one to remember. The buffet breakfast had a great menu.

Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed the great location of the hotel, as it was right opposite Kuta beach. The proximity to the beach allowed us to easily go for walks and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The hotel also had a rooftop pool with a bar, which provided a nice spot to relax and take in the scenery. Furthermore, being close to the airport made it convenient for us to travel to and from the hotel.

The restaurant mainly served food from Asia, and we felt that there was a lack of variety in terms of international cuisine.

The interior of the hotel is elite and modern with a touch of classicness. The bed was comforting and the rooftop pool and bar had an amazing view of the sea.

Great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and nearby amenities. The staff were amazing, especially Miss. Ratna, who was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, right in the middle of the bustling Kuta crowd center. I loved the pool area, even though it was smaller than it appeared in some of the photos. The breakfast was good, although there could have been a few more vegetarian options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel managed by Accor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just across the road from Kuta beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the sparkling rooftop pool and the romantic atmosphere in the evening. The breakfast selection was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

From the moment we entered, this hotel gave us a luxurious vibe. Everything was simply amazing. the exclusive amenities were unbeatable. the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace provided us with breathtaking views while enjoying delicious food from the poolside snack bar. the spa and wellness centre was top-notch, with professional staff who offered us a full body massage, beauty treatment, facial, and manicure. the private facilities in our room were beyond our expectations, and we enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was delicious and on time.

Despite everything being perfect, there was only one minor issue that we encountered. the location, though great for accessing the beach, was a bit noisy at night.

The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. the pool area was also satisfactory.

The access to the lobby was inconvenient since only keycards could be used to enter and no staff were available to help. the bathrooms also had issues with doors not being able to close properly.
