the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my overall experience truly memorable. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and within close proximity to various dining and shopping options.

Zero drawbacks.

The Lokha Hotel & Spa was a comfortable stay overall. The noise from young children was a bit disruptive, but the cold aircon, hot water, and quick room service made up for it. Despite some cleanliness and noise issues, the friendly staff, great location, and delicious breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay! SUPERB staff, huge clean rooms, delicious food, perfect location near beach and shops.

We hit up Hotel Triplets Entertainment and partied till dawn! the central location made it a breeze to explore Legian. the place has such a cool vibe - feels like a whole new spot! Staff rocks, always there for us.

If only the hotel had a rooftop bar with live music - that would've taken our nights to another level!

Our stay at Lokha Legian Resort & Spa was a delight. the friendly staff were always eager to assist, the location was superb with everything within walking distance, and the hotel itself felt fresh and well-maintained despite being over a decade old. the swim-up bar and central pool area were particular highlights, and the onsite spa added an additional touch of luxury to our experience.

Not one thing.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. The rooms are adequate, although a bit outdated, with comfortable beds and clean bed linen. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially towards children. The pools are perfect for families, and the kids loved them.

The hotel could improve on the maintenance of the rooms, as they appear to be in need of a refresh.
