The staff were friendly and always helpful, the rooms were fantastic with excellent air-conditioning, and the outdoor bathroom was a unique and enjoyable experience. The pool was lovely and the location was convenient, with restaurants and activities close by. The grounds were well maintained and the overall value for money was exceptional.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in the Mushroom Bay area was perfect, just a short walk from the port. The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The shops and commercial services nearby were very convenient for getting any essentials we needed. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which was a great bonus. The airport shuttle service was also a huge help in getting to and from the hotel easily. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff here were so friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and massage options, were fantastic. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the onsite car park. this place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My partner and I recently stayed at Palm Grove Villas and had a fantastic time. The location was absolutely amazing, with beautiful gardens and a stunning pool to relax by. We loved the Balinese style design of the hotel, it added a lovely touch to our stay. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and very well maintained. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and the beach, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast included was delicious and the price was reasonable. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Palm Grove Villas to others.

Best Oasis Getaway Ever! We had an amazing getaway at this place! the pool was fantastic, perfect for a refreshing swim or just lounging around. the villa-style rooms were comfortable with a great bed and outdoor shower. the hotel's location was perfect, close to everything on the island, including the best beaches, local sights and restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious food from the hotel's restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. the massages were also top-notch and didn't break the bank.

Worst Insignificant Issues. Although everything was great, we would have appreciated more attention to detail in our room.

The rooms were spacious and the outdoor bathroom was a unique touch. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a good variety. Additionally, the cozy pool area was a nice place to relax.

We had an exceptional stay at Palm Grove Villas in Nusa Lembongan. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the boat drop off at Mushroom Bay. The villas overlooking the pool were lovely and the staff were very friendly. We got great value for our money here. Renting a moped to explore the island is a must, and we highly recommend dining at Hai bar and grill, which is just a few minutes away from Palm Grove Villas. a fantastic experience!

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, with mushroom bay just a short walk away and dream beach only a short drive away. The hotel provided a shuttle service which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds available. The villas were well decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and nice showers. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially the banana pancakes. I was super happy with this accommodation.

Conveniently located near the boat drop-off, the hotel has 6 villas overlooking a pool. Friendly staff, great facilities, and affordable prices. Rent a scooter to explore the island and visit the nearby Hai bar and grill for delicious food.
