We had a fantastic stay in a spacious room with a nice bathroom. The hotel has a modern atmosphere and the service was great. The location was perfect, close to Trans Mall and many shopping centers. We also enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 5, star hotel for a business trip. the staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, providing exclusive amenities like a full, body massage and steam room, which were all very relaxing.

The only minor issue I faced was with the restaurant's dinner menu. While the snacks at the bar/lounge area were tasty, the dinner options were limited and lacked variety.

During our stay at The Papandayan, we were pleased with the excellent service we received. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options, including local dishes like batagor and pisang bakar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we especially appreciated the ability to send breakfast to our room when my husband wasn't feeling well. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

As couples, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious Western and traditional options. We particularly loved the croissant bread and the bubur ketan & sumsum. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and easy-to-control AC. The bathroom was also impressive, with a nice hot water pressure. The gym was well-equipped, and the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. the value for money was exceptional.

Comfortable and clean rooms, great location near Trans Studio Bandung, complete and varied menu, welcoming and caring staff, huge swimming pool, lovely old-style hotel with a pretty garden.

The complementary snacks and drinks provided in our room were a nice touch. the location was convenient, as it was close to the city center and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who was willing to provide information about local attractions and restaurants.

The room was not as clean as expected, with visible dust and stains on the carpets and bedding. the noise level was also high, with loud music coming from nearby nightclubs.
