The staff at this hotel are all very friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant by the pool/sea. They are always welcoming with a smile, making you feel at home. Kondi, particularly, deserves a shoutout for remembering our names and providing excellent service. the picnic area with a rich variety of dishes was a pleasant surprise, adding to the wonderful experience. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the beach access was fantastic. the gardens are meticulously maintained, and the location flowing down onto the beach is perfect for a relaxing holiday. the happy hour by the pool was a great idea, making our evenings even more enjoyable.

One thing that could be improved is the pricing at the hotel's restaurant, as we felt it was a bit expensive for what was offered. having more visible signages or assistance for navigating the steps in the villa would be beneficial, especially with young children.
