The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were very organized and helped us with arranging transportation and giving us information about the area. the view from our room was breathtaking, especially during the sunrise. It was a perfect romantic setting. the hotel was conveniently located near popular beaches and attractions.

the bathroom had oversized light fittings that were a bit cumbersome and took away from the overall experience. Lastly, there were a few maintenance issues, such as a faulty sliding door and inoperable lamps and switches.

The staff was exceptional, Gus went above and beyond, amazing hospitality, cosy and spotless rooms, charming ocean view.

The sound of the waves crashing at night was so soothing. The small but adorable swimming pool had a beautiful view of the ocean. We borrowed a bike from the hotel to explore the area, which was a nice touch. The location, although a bit remote, made for a peaceful and private stay. we would definitely recommend Sagara Penida for a relaxing getaway.
