Singhasari Resort was an amazing experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even rescued a child from drowning at the pool, showing their dedication to guest safety. The hotel ambiance was perfect for a family holiday, with plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The breakfast menu was extensive and catered to everyone's preferences. I highly recommend Singhasari Resort for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel location was great, very close to the tourist spots and had amazing views. the pool facilities were great and the hotel provided a shuttle to the nearby tourist spots, which was super helpful. the staff was polite and responsive to our needs, and the food served was of high quality.

The worst aspect of this hotel, unfortunately, was the cleanliness. the housekeeping staff didn't seem to do a thorough job cleaning the room or changing the bedding.
