We had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. They even helped us find a hidden local eatery that we absolutely loved. The view from our room was breathtaking, as the hotel is situated on a hill. And the infinity pools were absolutely stunning, especially the one with the swim-up bar. We loved sipping cocktails and relaxing by the pool, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. It would have been helpful if there was more information provided about the activities that could be booked from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the stunning Nusa Penida and beautiful restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony or patio. The service provided by Puntu, Harry, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and served all day, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. The facilities, including the pools, spa, and gym, were top-notch.

There were a few trainee staff members who were unable to answer basic questions.

There were also some amazing restaurants nearby and the boats dropped off right by the resort. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel special throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities, such as the pool, were top-notch.

One aspect that could be improved was the constant questioning of guests' movements by the staff. Some guests, especially solo travelers, may value privacy and not appreciate feeling constantly monitored.

My stay at The Tamarind was simply wonderful. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, with a beautiful floral display and a congratulations cake upon arrival. The hotel itself is stunning, with multiple pools to enjoy and delicious food that kept us coming back for more. The rooms were immaculately clean, and we loved the little touches like a daily weather forecast during turndown service. The hotel also organized fantastic excursions for us, which we highly recommend. I had a faultless experience at The Tamarind and would definitely recommend it.
