We got amazing value for our money at Udaya Resorts And Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, surrounded by picturesque scenery. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and willing to assist.

We spent a fantastic time at this beautiful resort. From here, we easily went to the stunning Ubud market. The hotel had a shuttle service to the city center that was incredibly helpful. Also, the resort was located by the river, offering us the calming sound of flowing water. Our room was well-equipped with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff provided an unparalleled service, always friendly and attentive. Breakfast and afternoon tea were varied and delicious. Additionally, we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor jacuzzi and the breathtaking yoga studio.

The pool and facilities were beautiful and impressive. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, and the location was prime, just a few minutes away from the center. the shuttle service was convenient and efficient. One more advantage was the spacious and comfortable room.

The staff's subservient attitude made us feel uncomfortable, and they didn't give us straightforward answers to our inquiries. the food was not great, and we had to go into town or order delivery because the shuttle only ran every two hours.
