Risky, the owner of this lovely spot, made sure I felt comfortable and went above and beyond to provide a great experience. the triangle houses at this place are not only romantic but also super comfy, making it ideal for couples looking for a cozy getaway. But don't worry, it can also work for families! One of the highlights was the opportunity to trek to Mount Batur, and Risky offered various trekking packages tailored to my fitness level and sightseeing preferences. the nearby hot springs and Lake Batur were additional attractions that added to the overall experience.

Loved the à la carte breakfast - had it every single day. The garden was great for parking my car, and the fact that it was free made it even better. Also, the staff was so kind to offer me their paid airport shuttle service - how generous!

Forgot to bring my own private garden with me - had to share it with other guests. Ugh, the struggle.

The wooden huts at this hotel were adorable and gave a cozy camping vibe. the staff was friendly and provided welcome drinks upon arrival. the rooms were clean and well-decorated, with comfortable beds. the bathroom had a hot shower and good water pressure. the location was perfect, close to the starting point for hiking and hot water baths. the owner was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, offering assistance in organizing a trek to the nearby mountain. the experience was cute, comfortable, and highly recommended.

Communication with the hotel could have been better, as there were some unanswered questions regarding activities and prices before arrival. However, once we were there, the owner arranged a well-organized sunset hike for us, complete with breakfast before departure and on the top of the mountain.

I stayed at Triangle House for a few days while I climbed Mount Batur. The Triangle rooms were cosy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Risky, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with them during our stay. They provided tea on demand and breakfast had a good variety of options. The shared showers and toilets were always available, with nice hot showers. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for Mount Batur climbers!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even allowed us to stay an extra night for free due to the weather conditions.

The noise at night from barking dogs and the busy street nearby was quite disruptive, especially during the early hours of the morning. some of the huts were not as clean as we would have liked, with small rodents leaving droppings behind.

The value for money at Triangle House was outstanding! The room was cozy and had a unique charm. The location was perfect for exploring the volcano and we were treated like family by the staff.

My son was feeling homesick, so Rizky surprised us by adding sheets with the American flag to our room, which really brought a smile to my son's face. The Triangle rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a unique glamping experience. Rizky even organized a sunrise trekking tour for us and the guide was incredibly friendly. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the starting point for Batur sunrise tours and nearby hot springs. There were also supermarkets and cafes within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this budget-friendly accommodation.

The location is perfect for hiking Mount Batur, as you can start right from the hotel. Risky even arranged for the best guide for our hike.
