This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of town. It's on a small hill across the bridge with the view on a truly beautiful garden, surrounded by palm trees. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The onsite café offers a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Plus, the pool is a great spot to relax and cool off.

Although the front desk staff could be more helpful in arranging activities, the rest of the staff makes up for it with their friendly and accommodating service.

The staff were amazing, they could do anything for me, from laundry to massages. The free WiFi was a nice touch. The outdoor pool and Indonesian food were great.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The pool was great for a refreshing swim. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always ensuring that our needs were met. And lastly, the basic amenities provided were great, with the rooms being comfortable and suitable for families. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to cultural performances, restaurants, and shops. the beautiful gardens and landscaping around the property created a serene atmosphere. The traditional architecture of the bungalows added to the overall charm. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not consistent. While the first room was nice and clean, the second room we were moved to had stains on the sheets and a cockroach in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at Ubud Terrace with our family. The staff was very attentive and they even put us in a family room and a double room together with a great Terrace. The pool was perfect for the children and the grounds were beautiful. The location was also a highlight as it was centrally located in Ubud with plenty of things to do and explore. We loved the modern and comfortable interior of the rooms, which was a pleasant surprise considering the traditional Balinese facade. Despite being on a busy street, we hardly heard any traffic noise. it was a lovely experience.

We had a fantastic city break around the corner from the best spots. The rooms were lovely and well-kept. Breakfast was complimentary and we were delighted with the variety of options. The location was central; we took advantage of it and enjoyed all that the city had to offer. The pool was clean and refreshing after a long day sightseeing.

Some areas of the hotel needed more attention from the staff, such as the worn-out towels. The customer service could have been better, as some members of staff seemed indifferent.

Great value, charming rooms, lovely Balinese decor, convenient location, perfect for exploring, big room.
