During my recent New Year's stay, I was impressed by the stunning facilities and design. the hotel provided a clean and welcoming environment for guests. the attentive and friendly staff made me feel well taken care of. the location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

the lack of attention to detail was evident. Small things like hand towels in public bathrooms were missing, and the breakfast juice options were limited to sugary bottled options.

the hospitality staff was incredibly friendly and provided perfect service. the best part was the stunning view from our room, with large glass windows and doors. the breakfast was fantastic, cooked by skilled chefs. the resort even offers a free shuttle bus to the luxurious Kayon Jungle hotel, where guests can enjoy the stunning infinity pools on its three floors. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful resort! the views were incredible and the staff were friendly and attentive. the room with a private pool was a highlight, and the main pool also offered a stunning view. the hotel was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the room service and turn down service. the free shuttle into town was convenient, and the staff even arranged a special surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. the staff were incredibly friendly and we would highly recommend Kayon Valley Resort.
