During my recent New Year's stay, I was impressed by the stunning facilities and design. The hotel provided a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The attentive and friendly staff made me feel well taken care of. the location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that left me disappointed. the lack of attention to detail was evident.

Our stay at the resort was amazing! The hospitality staff was incredibly friendly and provided perfect service. The best part was the stunning view from our room, with large glass windows and doors. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked by skilled chefs. The resort even offers a free shuttle bus to the luxurious Kayon Jungle hotel, where guests can enjoy the stunning infinity pools on its three floors. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali.
