We stayed here for two nights and were impressed with the level of comfort and quality service. The location on the outskirts of Kuta provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center. The staff, from the receptionist to the security guard, were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing space to hang out with a bar, music, and fresh towels. this place is highly recommended for its luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort.

We didn't encounter any negative aspects during our stay. This venue is perfect for those looking for a convenient location near the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is very close to the airport. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near Kuta's center and is right on the beach. The rooms are spacious with modern facilities, including a great shower and bathroom. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options. The rooftop pool area is also a great feature of the hotel.

The gym was quite small, with old machinery and weights, which did not meet the expectations of such a good hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at Fairfield in Kuta! The rooftop pool and bar were amazing, and the facilities, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and gym. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the main street with all its restaurants and shops. Plus, being close to the airport was a huge convenience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and we loved that we could order made-to-order items like eggs, pancakes, and waffles. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The rooftop pool was amazing with beautiful city views. The pool floaties and jacuzzi transport you to Cuba. Its proximity to the airport and central location make it a smart city break choice. We enjoyed the privileged position just moments from the main streets in Kuta, making it easy to visit eateries, malls, and Kuta Beach. We also found the halal breakfast very satisfying and the welcome drinks drinkable even at 2 am.

The rooms do tend to get noisy which led to us changing rooms a few times, but staff were great about it. There was also loud music in the bar that could be heard from the rooms.

The room at Fairfield was spacious and modern, with a great-sized television and a variety of channels to choose from. The roof pool and bar looked very inviting, even though we didn't get a chance to use them. The breakfast selection was more than satisfactory, with attentive service and a beautifully presented dining area.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even remembered our drinks and had a little dance with us. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with everyone saying hello and being helpful in every way. The rooftop pool bar was absolutely gorgeous and provided a luxurious escape in the city. The hotel rooms were clean and the overall service was great. We loved our stay at Fairfield. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet at Fairfield was absolutely amazing! The staff was so kind and even made us lattes every morning. We also loved the functional room and the long pool on the rooftop. It was so much fun and had a great vibe. The little gym was a bonus too. We were able to do a quick workout before breakfast, which was lovely. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach and there are plenty of shops and spas nearby. The staff was always smiling and helpful.

The bed was quite firm, which may not be for everyone's preference. Additionally, our fridge wasn't working properly.

The hotel itself was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and kept immaculately clean. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and a great place to relax. The food at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its amenities, service, and value for money.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a lot of bang for our buck at Fairfield. The rooms were top-notch, super fancy, and clean as a whistle. The location was spot on and the staff treated us like royalty. Fair play to them!

The facilities were great, with a delicious restaurant and a free pool table. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were lovely, and the rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
