The staff at Villa Alisha Pererenan By Zuzu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to use the pool facilities even after checkout, which made our day so enjoyable. The breakfast served in our room was absolutely delicious and a delightful start to our day. The pool itself was beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and lovely amenities.

Got a price from a travel agent which ended up being double the real price, the location was a bit far from the city, but it was easy to find a taxi, the staff was pretty nice and the view was great.

The rooms were a bit small and outdated, there was no minibar or fridge in the room, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
