This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are amazing and provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are spacious and come with a beautiful view, as well as a spacious bathroom. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, allowing easy access to the gilli islands, waterfalls, and Alberto's Restaurant at the beach.

I recently stayed at Villa Mata'Ano for 4 nights and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering us welcoming snacks and drinks upon arrival. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and they cleaned it daily. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to the main road. The complimentary breakfast was abundant and delicious. The owners and staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room and providing free food and drinks throughout our stay. I am beyond grateful for their care and consideration.

Nothing it was perfect.

Had the best Xmas in Lombok! The room was very clean and the value for money was great. Loved the private driver arranged by the resort for a day trip; he was accommodating and made the trip so much better. The laundry service was also very good.

The location was a bit out of the way, and we had to rent a scooter to get around easily. The shower heads needed a good clean, and the breakfast selection was limited.

It is also within walking distance to the beach and touristy areas. The staff is accommodating and welcoming, providing complimentary welcome drinks and snacks. The rooms are nice, some with a mountain view, and breakfast can be enjoyed in bed. The hotel also arranges day trips and has a pool for guests to relax in.
