We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet street, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us with our transfers and were always available to assist us. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning to beat the heat. The pool area was equally impressive, providing a refreshing escape from the tropical weather. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided, which gave us a great start to each day. the level of service and the quality of the facilities made our stay here truly enjoyable.

Our stay at Villa Nero was amazing! The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach and the center. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and the service was excellent. We especially loved the spacious and clean room, and the beach bags provided for our use. Villa Nero in Gili Trawangan was an incredible stay! Tranquil location, cozy mini-chalet rooms, and helpful staff made our trip unforgettable. The free bike rental, tidy villa, and delicious halal food were all great bonuses. The pool and amazing outdoor shower added to the luxury. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Tranquil oasis with Zen-like design, friendly staff, exceptional food, and free bikes. Perfect base for family and friends, ranging from 2 to 68 years old. Cozy mini-chalet-like rooms surrounded by warm and courteous people. Immaculate room, excellent service, and convenient location. Looking forward to returning one day!

The resort offers free bikes which makes it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the rooms are spacious enough for divers to wash their gear. Breakfast was great and satisfying.

The pool area could use some umbrellas to protect from the sun as it can get pretty hot. it would be nice if the resort offered some high-quality wine options.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast that was delivered to our villa's balcony every day. We could choose our options the night before and the food was always fresh and tasty. Another great perk was that bikes were included with the villa, making it convenient to explore the island. The design of the villa itself was also very modern and had a Zen-like feel. it was a great location with excellent service and amenities.
