I recently stayed at Villa Puri Ayu for a week and it was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel's location was perfect, with great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, assisting me with organizing laundry and holding my luggage while I visited the islands. Despite a slight damp smell in the bathroom and the pool/breakfast area showing some age, the service and value provided were excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying at this place. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The main pool was a good size and perfect for a refreshing swim. The staff here were amazing, greeting us by name and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even let us check in early and took care of our bags. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and cozy beds. this hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the beach. The area feels safe and the hotel is surrounded by a beautifully manicured garden.

The breakfast was quite poor, with items not being refreshed and the staff not being attentive.

We stayed at a lovely villa in a surprisingly central location. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our short stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet by the pool was delicious and the perfect start to our day in Sanur. The pool on the property was big and inviting. I had a great experience at Villa Puri Ayu and would recommend it to others.

Spent new year at this hotel and had a great time. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. the rooms had good air conditioning and were spacious and comfortable. I also enjoyed the nice breakfast and the beautiful garden surroundings.

Some parts of the hotel could use a bit of a refresh. the outdoor areas, such as the timber floorboards and chairs, looked a bit worn out.

Villa Puri Ayu was the perfect choice for me and exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, as it was situated off the main road, making it quiet and peaceful. It was also just a short 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. I appreciated the traditional and clean ambiance of the hotel, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the hotel had two pools, and the breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit, pancakes, and eggs.
