The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of many sights such as Geger beach and Bali Collection shopping mall. it is relatively close to the beach and situated in the Nusa Dua area. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff members are polite and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The housekeeping service and cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

This hotel is on another level of luxury! The exclusive amenities provided were beyond expectations, from a stunning outdoor swimming pool to the sun loungers and incredible room advantages you'll experience paradise here. The location advantages of the venue are also notable, with easy access to nearby restaurants and beach umbrellas for sun-seekers. The restaurant and bar areas are equally impressive, providing sumptuous meals and a wide variety of drinks that catered to even the most demanding of tastes. The breakfast spread was a real standout, offering everything you could need and want to start the day.

The service provided by the hotel staff wasn't always up to par. We encountered a minor issue when requesting a pool with a view, which was not available to us at the time of our visit.

During my city trip, I enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near key attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and offered great recommendations for places to visit.
