the staff at Cross Bali Breakers - Formerly X2 Bali Breakers were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were welcomed with warm smiles and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. the on-site driver even offered to go get me some paracetamol when I had a bad headache, which was a lifesaver. the restaurant at the resort was exquisite, offering a buffet-style breakfast as well as made-to-order eggs, pancakes, and waffles. the a la carte options were always excellent too. Our room, especially the private terrace with its amazing view, was spectacular. We would have loved to sleep with the curtains open if it had been completely private. Lastly, the cocktails at the bar were absolutely incredible, with my favorites being the Nias and the Aurora.

The private pool in our villa was incredible, and the public areas were truly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was superb, and the included breakfast had a great variety. The view from our room onto the private terrace was perfect. The cocktails at the bar were incredible too. The hotel is a little far from anything, but that's what we wanted - a secluded paradise.
