The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a nice street with several restaurants and shops nearby.

The breakfast had limited variety and some of the food was often covered in flies, which was a bit off-putting. The distance to the center of town was a bit far for walking, requiring either a shuttle or a longer walk.

The staff is very attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with double beds and basic amenities. The bathroom is well-equipped, complete with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Additionally, breakfast is included in the room rate, which is a nice touch.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our Easter stay. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and the shuttle service made it easy to get around the city without any hassle. , the location was perfect, making it easy to access many attractions in the city.

The rooms were not as clean as we expected and could use some updating. The furnishings were old and some parts of the room seemed worn out.

The hotel had a carefree atmosphere with modern Bali-style bathrooms and friendly staff. The wifi connection was good and there were lovely pergola areas for lounging around. The hotel was located in a central area for us, with many local warungs nearby. The infinity lap pool was a good size and the massages in the spa area were great. The hotel also offered food and drinks until late at night, with the option of having meals and coffee brought to our room or elsewhere on the premises by the friendly staff.

The Y Resort Ubud is an incredible place to stay. The pool is clean and relaxing, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The yard is quiet and green, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The day trips offered are wonderful, adding to the overall experience. It truly feels like a home away from home in Ubud.
