Friendly and Attentive Service

During my stay at Classy Hotel, I got really sick and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They brought me hot lemonade and checked in on me regularly, showing their kindness and attentiveness. This level of service made my stay even more memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and dedication to guest comfort.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel in Erbil and had a fantastic experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is quite luxurious, with spacious and clean rooms that provided me with enhanced comfort throughout my stay.

The breakfast and gym were good, and the pool was a nice addition. the area where the hotel is located had plenty of restaurants to choose from and was easy to find. the beds were big and clean.

The staff was not very helpful and there was a language barrier that made it difficult to communicate. the laundry service was not up to par, and my clothes came back in a poor condition.

The hotel is located in the Christian district, close to busy nightclubs and in very hot areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities like a mini bar. The breakfast is tasty, and the bar and restaurant are excellent. The reception lounge is nice and elegant, and the staff is friendly.

The gym and pool are just normal.

Room service was prompt and delicious with friendly staff. Iron and ironing table provided throughout stay. Quick and efficient late-night cleaning. Bar on ground floor had a welcoming atmosphere. Generator seamlessly powered through electric cuts. Breakfast could be improved with more variety. Enjoyable stay, will return.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the excellent customer service provided by the staff. the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and restaurants.

the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. the check-out process was quite slow, as there were only a few employees available to handle multiple guests at the same time.

Excellent staff, polite and helpful. Well-maintained accommodation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet with variety. Convenient location for dining and shopping. Accommodating for extended stays.

Not obvious to find.

Secure parking, good soundproofing, friendly staff, spacious rooms, swimming pool.

Felt like a true getaway, no reason to complain.
