Staff in restaurant and front desk are excellent. Restaurant food and Cuban music entertainment are impressive. Health center facilities are top-notch. Great location near attractions. Feel safe and secure.

Our stay at Cristal was enjoyable, with a big and comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Despite the distant location, the few minutes drive to city center was convenient. The staff was friendly, especially Ayman at the reception. we recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable and the exclusive amenities made my stay feel truly special. the Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal, with a range of treatments that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a day of work, and the jacuzzi was a lovely touch.

While the restaurant was lovely, the halal food options were somewhat limited.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that they offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. the location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

My only complaint is that sometimes the cleaning staff forgot to provide me with enough towels, but when I asked for more they quickly brought them to me. the restaurant could use some improvement, but overall I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Ayman's exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center. the bed was comfortable, the room spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. We also appreciated the hotel's quiet ambiance and nice bath. We will definitely be coming back again.
