High Crest is like a second home to me. Friendly staff, qualified and attentive to my needs. Feels like home, not a hotel. Mr. Aresh, Mrs. Zobeda, and Mrs. Shilan provided exceptional service. Good location, excellent and active staff, pleasant environment. Easy check-in and check-out process. Great value for money. Lovely property.

The breakfast at Highcrest Hotel was absolutely amazing! The spread was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I had a satisfying experience at Highcrest Hotel and would recommend it to others.

What a great city break! the complementary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. And the best part? the rooftop pool! It was so relaxing to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful view of the city.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from an otherwise excellent stay. the room was a bit smaller than expected and the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well.

The hotel is conveniently located near Majidi mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. The area surrounding the hotel is calm and tranquil, offering a peaceful environment for relaxation. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable bedding and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The attentive service provided by the staff ensures a pleasant stay, with personalized attention to details. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, with daily changes to keep the dining experience interesting.

There were a few instances where the service fell short, such as delays in room cleaning and a lack of responsiveness to guest requests.

Luxurious and Exclusive Venue Here, all my luxurious needs were fulfilled. the spa center is top, of, the, line with a sauna and indoor swimming pool. I particularly enjoyed the massages. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxation. the restaurant offered a great selection of special diet menus, packed lunches and snacks that exceeded my expectations. the room amenities were exclusive, with a private terrace and large TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Minor Issue with Room Service the only small issue I faced was with room service; when I called, the call was not answered promptly.
