this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were well designed with parquet floors, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and electric kettles. The dining area was spacious with a dining table and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms made it easy to have a restful night's sleep. We appreciated the free toiletries they provided. The leisure and TV room offered excellent connectivity with high-speed Wi-Fi. We appreciated the coffee shop, locker room, and business center. We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting this area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of popular attractions and a variety of dining options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and bedding that ensures a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to any requests or concerns. Additionally, the hotel offers an underground parking facility, which is convenient for guests with vehicles.

One aspect to note is that there is no direct elevator from the parking area to the rooms, which may require guests to take their own baggage.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. Khan Saray, located adjacent to the Old Bazaar and the Grand Mosque, provided the perfect location for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of money changers, restaurants, juice stands, and even the night market. Our room was upgraded for free and it was lovely, with a spacious living area and a large bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Parking was also a breeze, which is a rarity in this bustling area. the only downside was the absence of coffee during breakfast.

Great trip, had a romantic escape with my partner for three days. the hotel had two complementary facts that were a great surprise. the hotel was situated in a very central location, which was perfect for exploring the city.

Second, when we asked the staff for a tour guide map, they couldn't provide one, and it made it hard to explore the city. Worst of all, the taps in our room's toilet and bath were not functioning correctly.

The Khan Saray offered more than I expected, with its luxurious amenities and comfortable rooms. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet at night. the breakfast served at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Khan Saray, the hotel where I stayed, was perfectly located in the heart of the city, right next to the Old Bazaar, the Grand Mosque, money changers. the breakfast provided was delicious, although I missed having coffee. the hotel also gave me a free upgrade to a spacious room with a living area and a large bedroom. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the availability of free parking was a huge plus, considering the difficulty of finding parking in the area.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience, offering valuable advice and assistance whenever I needed it. Additionally, the hotel offered underground parking, which was convenient for me as a traveler with a car. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as intermittent wifi and TV signal issues, my overall stay was exceptional. I even ended up extending my stay for an additional night because of how enjoyable it was. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sulaymaniyah. it made my visit to the city much more memorable and comfortable.
