Here, my luxurious needs were fulfilled with exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna and full body massage. the staff at the restaurant were friendly, and the food was delicious. the location advantage being near to downtown made exploring very easy.

There was a minor issue with the unfriendly and disrespectful behavior of the garage employee. Despite this, the room was very clean and well decorated, and the staff were helpful and accommodating, providing exceptional service and fulfilling all my needs.

Located in the heart of the city, great for exploring! Peaceful surroundings helped us relax. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, equipped with tidy bathrooms. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially at Kannon Restaurant. We appreciated the delicious food and the kind service.

One of the receptionists asked for unnecessary paperwork from us upon check-in, which made us uncomfortable. To make things worse, the garage employee was extremely rude towards us, even when we were leaving.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short distance from downtown. It is surprisingly quiet and very clean. The decor is beautiful and the staff at the reception and in the Kammon restaurant were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One situation that occurred during my stay was when I had checked in and went up to my room, the reception employee called me back down and requested additional identification papers and questioned my relationship with my wife.

The location, staff, cleanliness, and decor of the hotel were excellent. The hotel's proximity to downtown and its peaceful atmosphere made for a convenient and relaxing stay. The friendly and helpful reception staff, as well as the beautiful Kammon restaurant, contributed to a pleasant experience. The delicious food and friendly restaurant staff added to the overall positive impression.
