The variety of food outlets at the hotel was impressive. Additionally, the hotel's landscape provided a relaxing atmosphere where we could unwind after a long day.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff, especially Mr. Hussein, went above and beyond to take care of us and show us around the city. The hotel's shuttle bus to the Holy Shrines was a convenient bonus, and the variety of food outlets provided plenty of dining options. We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel's landscape.

the payment was debited before my arrival, causing additional charges for bank transfer services. It would have been preferable to pay cash on arrival or have the option to inform the hotel to hold the payment.

The hotel is conveniently located near Karbala Shrine, making it easy for guests to visit and explore. Mr Sharif and Mr Hasan, as well as Mr Jabeez and Mr Pintu from housekeeping, provide excellent service and assistance throughout the stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

One negative aspect is the lack of investigation by the management regarding a missing item from a guest's room.
