Stayed at Van Royal for business, for a week. the employees were professional & helpful. Room was spacious, clean & well-organized. Hotel is secure & near airport. Good location, close to markets. Friendly staff, especially Abdulqader at reception. Clean pool & sauna. Delicious breakfast with Middle Eastern dishes. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Good hotel for a luxurious stay! We had an exclusive in-room breakfast every morning, enjoying the stunning garden area view. the Spa centre offered excellent full body massages and a Turkish bath. the restaurant and bar area had special diet menus and a snack bar nearby. the indoor swimming pool area had impeccable service and hygiene. We enjoyed live entertainment and the convenience of private facilities in our room. the only minor issue was the inexperienced staff at the restaurant who were a bit slow, but overall we were thrilled with our experience here. We highly recommend this hotel for a lavish and serene stay that provided us with all our exclusive amenities and location advantages! .

Stayed at a hotel during Christmas. the room was spacious and comfortable with adequate facilities such as an LCD TV and a kettle. it was conveniently located near a popular shopping mall and attractions making it easy to explore the city. I also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make the stay memorable.

While the breakfast had some decent options, the quality was not impressive and there was a lack of variety. the price of food and drinks was on the high side.
