The check-in process was effortless and the directions for access were concise and clear. We found the information videos for using the various facilities very helpful. The private, fully equipped kitchen was extremely convenient. The bed and pillows were amazing, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The apartment itself was stunning, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a 24-hour shop nearby. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing trip away.

Although the bed space was a little tight without room for a bedside locker, we managed just fine. The only openable window being over the kitchen counter was a bit difficult to reach, but we were able to keep the room comfortable by adjusting the temperature as needed.
