The hotel had a great location, perfect for exploring the surrounding areas of Roscommon and Longford. We were able to visit the Gaelic Chieftain memorial and St Mel's Cathedral, both of which were breathtakingly beautiful. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh food and was served in a lovely room, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The bathroom in our room was clean but not very attractive, and the special needs WC didn't suit the occupant. the building itself had some architectural quirks, with period 80's windows and build quality that could be ignored but were not impressive.

Laid back atmosphere, helpful staff. Wonderful treatments in the leisure centre. Tasty food, tastefully decorated dining room with garden view. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Lovely secluded setting with sunshine.

In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining area. There was a nice variety of fresh food, including still warm pastries. The staff made sure everything was hot and freshly cooked. I also loved the fact that the hotel had facilities like a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a long day. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at the Abbey Hotel for a wedding and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were brilliant, providing fabulous service throughout my stay. The meals served at the wedding were hot and beautiful, and the location and well-maintained gardens added to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and extensive, and the bar and breakfast room had comfortable seating. The pool was clean with generous opening hours, and the helpful staff made my time there even more enjoyable. The bedrooms were clean, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel has a very professional setup with plenty of parking, and it is conveniently located within walking distance to the town centre. The checkout time of 12pm was a great convenience.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a business trip. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was perfect with a beautiful ruin nearby for a relaxing stroll. the room was spacious and had a comfy bed.

Loud wedding parties kept me awake at night. It would have been helpful if staff had kept the singing inside.
