I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even accommodated my vegan diet by providing a delicious vegan breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, especially the ladies at the front desk. They encouraged me to rent a car and explore the surrounding areas, which turned out to be an amazing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of popular places in the city and close to the bus stop for the AirLink 747 bus. The room I stayed in was quaint and comfortable, with a neat en-suite bathroom, high ceiling, and big windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The breakfast in a bag concept was a great idea, with a croissant, juice, energy bar, and apple provided. The hotel also offered complimentary bottled water, toffee, and delicious cookies. The overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

This hotel is located in a good area of the city, perfect for exploring. The rooms have exceptional quality bedding and come with a proper Nescafe type coffee maker plus biscuits. You can enjoy a nice large bed with soft fluffy pillows and breakfast for a reasonable rate which includes butter and jam. From the reviews, it's also clear that the front desk staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The self-catering apartment was perfect for my needs. The full kitchen was a great convenience, and the spaciousness of the apartment was a nice bonus. The wifi connection was excellent, which was important for me as a light sleeper.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the lovely complementary Xmas hamper left in my room and the hot cocoa offered in the lobby. the hotel's location near the airport bus stop and downtown made it very convenient for us to venture out and explore. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable.

The noise level outside of the hotel was quite high and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. the lack of soundproof windows affected our experience, as it was difficult to drown out the noise of traffic and people outside.
