This B&B is in a prime location and has spacious rooms. The owner and staff are friendly and there is convenient on-site parking. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with fresh bed linen provided daily. The breakfast options look delicious and the coffee is excellent. Additionally, there are complimentary tea and coffee making facilities available.

I recently stayed at a lovely little guesthouse in Killarney for one night on my way to Dublin. The Ardree House B&B was ideally located with off-road parking, and just a short stroll into town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and the shared spaces in the house were beautiful. The information provided for local tours was excellent, and the proximity to Killarney Park and the Ring of Kerry tours was a bonus. I also loved the breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains from the front drive. my experience at Ardree House was fantastic and I will definitely be returning.

Nothing not to love!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being neat, clean, and smelling good. The hotel facilities were excellent, with off-road parking available and a breathtaking view of snow-capped mountains from the front drive. The location was perfect, just outside the town center and within a short stroll into town. This made it really convenient for exploring the city center, as well as being close to the bus station and a bike renting place. The breakfast provided had good options and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely B&B in walking distance of the city center. The twin room was comfortable with a spacious queen-sized bed and an extra second bed. The common areas were beautifully decorated with elegant old furniture and wooden floors. The hosts were accommodating and the location was perfect for exploring the town. Despite the small showers and lack of a bathtub, it was still a wonderful choice and great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

The B&B is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town. It's really close to everything, so you won't have to worry about transportation. The communal area is cozy and inviting, with lovely sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea or play board games. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Had a fantastic weekend in a lovely place. The breakfast and coffee were simply amazing, and much appreciated. Great central location, made it easy to explore the city and nightly entertainment. The local recommendations were also spot-on and helped us get the most out of Killarney.

Some of the other guests were very loud and kept us up late, but everything else was great. we definitely recommend this spot for a fun weekend away with family or friends.

Our stay at Ardree House B&B was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and perfect for getting ready in the morning. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and there was a liquor store across the street with a great selection and good prices. The staff was incredibly helpful, spending plenty of time showing us what to do during our stay.

The breakfast could be improved by including a small Danish and juice at no additional cost.
